Long Spring Channel Nuts are vital to the channel support system. They are inserted through the open side of the channel then rotated through 90° where their toothed grooves fit against the return flange of the channel. Sprung channel nut versions will hold themselves in position whereas Plain channel nuts are pre-mounted on any bolt prior to insertion.
